We are pleased to announce the completion of the installation and testing of a significant energy efficiency intervention at the plant of our customer, Rimondi S.p.A. part of the Itelyum Group, near Bologna.
The intervention consisted in the supply and installation of a highly efficient flue gas-air exchanger, strategic for pre-heating the air entering the plant's afterburner. This state-of-the-art system represents a fundamental step towards optimising production processes and reducing environmental impact. A turnkey 'Made-to-measure' project for maximum performance and fully customised.
Given the complexity and pre-existing systems at the customer, our engineering team developed a solution ad hoc perfectly integrated with the infrastructure already installed. This approach ensures maximum energy efficiency without requiring radical changes to the customer's operational set-up, resulting in immediate benefits such as:
